When we commenced the relationship, I was rather disorganized, disheartened, and to be honest, exhausted from the seemingly mountainous prospect of successfully gaining custody of my two children.  Richard quickly refocused all efforts to the critical subjects, guided and counseled my actions (as well as my emotions) and managed to regain a foothold on the system.  This was evident when he successfully argued for a second forensic evaluation. 

As a trial became imminent, Richard provided the direction for me to assemble relevant exhibits and charted the testimony to guide them through the issues of importance.  In late April, 2004, Richard performed successfully in Nassau County Supreme Court and I was awarded full legal and physical custody.

What Richard has provided my children cannot be fully described or measured.  Richard's success, against all odds and precedent, will provide them with the opportunity to mature as happy, healthy and well adjusted children.
